Early in my career, I was obsessed with productivity and organization and spent years studying all the organization systems out there. What I quickly realized was that most of what was taught was created by people who weren’t also parenting, managing households, or carrying the mental load that so many moms carry. None of it truly worked for my life, despite my best efforts.
So I built my own system! One designed for real life, real responsibilities, and real nervous systems. When I first implemented it, I was shocked at how light and clear my mind felt! I spent the first week positive that I was forgetting something because the clarity was so foreign to me. But I wasn’t forgetting anything, I was just finally organized in a way that worked!
I’ve been using this system for over 10 years and coaching my employees, parents, and business owners through it with great success. This course is the first time I’ve put it all together in one clear, supportive training so more parents can experience that same sense of clarity and control.

...and over the past decade I’ve built two companies from the ground up while being present with and raising my 3 kids (2 are neurospicy with high needs). I grew my first company into a large organization with over 75 employees, and while running my businesses, I’ve always carried the realities of parenting, household responsibilities, and the emotional labor that comes with family life.

Start With Awareness: Where Your Time and Energy Are Really Going
Most parents I talk to have a never-ending to-do list. They work so hard all day, yet somehow never seem to cross anything off. That’s why we start by auditing where your time and energy are actually going right now. We slow down and give you credit for all the things you’re already doing (often without even realizing it), including the massive mental load you’re carrying around in your head.
Clarify What Actually Matters to You
Next, we pick your priorities. I take you through an exercise that makes it easy to see what truly matters the most to you, and then you set realistic goals in just a few key areas. Burn-out often comes from constantly doing things that aren’t in line with your personal values (think doing what you think you “should” do and not what’s actually more important to you.)
Get Everything Out of Your Head
Once you have a clear picture about what you’re doing now and what you want to do, we do a big brain dump. Our brains are awesome at a lot of things, but managing our to-do list is not one of them. Wouldn't it be great if your brain could remind you that you need more bread when you’re actually at the grocery store, instead of reminding you at 2 am? Just like a computer, the more open tabs you have in your brain, the slower things are going to run and the more mistakes you’ll make. I take you through a process to get ALL the things out of your brain so you can properly organize them, and let your brain go back to doing what it does best. We even go through all the post-its, planners, and emails (yes, emails too!) so nothing is floating around anymore.
Pushing Through the Overwhelm
Sometimes clients feel a little overwhelmed at this point; and that’s completely normal. It’s like opening a messy closet that’s always been there, but you’ve avoided looking at it because it felt like too much. The difference here is that my system is designed to support you through that moment. Built into it are tools that help you stay regulated, avoid overwhelm, and keep moving forward, so you don’t stop halfway through and miss the beautiful, organized closet on the other side.

At this point, your brain feels SO clear and amazing! The hardest part is done. From there, I teach you simple daily and weekly habits that keep the system running smoothly so nothing falls through the cracks.
Build a Weekly Plan That Works in Real Life
Next, we start to plan! I teach you how to build your Weekly Map; an outline for your week, not a rigid schedule (because.kids.) Most humans plan their time in ways that are inefficient and frustrating. I show you how to build a week that works with real life, maximizes your time, and actually feels doable.
Protect Connection With Your Kids
This system intentionally protects and prioritizes connection time with your kids, because that’s usually one of the first things to disappear when life gets busy. As a Parenting Coach, I know that connection time with our kids is one of the best things we can do to encourage more positive behavior.

Unique to my system is an emphasis on flex time; time intentionally built into your schedule for when things invariably go sideways. A kid melts down, an appointment runs long, someone stays home sick, and instead of spiraling, you stay calm because you planned for reality.
