I specialize in helping parents learn how to calmly and confidently manage any and all challenging behaviors by providing research based, practical tools and parenting best practices. I have successfully worked with hundreds of children and families across the country.
I use the principles Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), mindfulness, and mindset work in her coaching practice.
I have expertise in supporting children with high needs, including strong willed children, deeply feeling children, and/or children with a diagnosis or neurodiversity.

More About My Professional Background
I started my career 22 years ago working in group homes for children who had been abused, in shelters for teenage prostitutes, and in teen drug rehabilitation homes. I then worked at a school for children with emotional disturbances, at first in the classroom and later as the Director of Behavioral Services overseeing their program for students with moderate to severe autism. I later served as the Director of Behavioral Services at a large organization serving children and adults with autism in both school and group home settings.
In 2009, I founded my first company, which provided in-home behavioral health (ABA) therapy for children with autism. The company grew to have 75 employees and consistently won awards for being one of the best companies to work for in the nation, and providing the highest quality ABA services in the area.
I founded Confidently Mommin’ in 2020 to serve families as a Parenting Coach. Using my extensive education and background, I use proven processes to help parents know how to calmly and confidently manage any and all of their child’s challenging behaviors and enjoy their family time.
I have been a guest lecturer at Azusa Pacific University and San Jose State University and have supervised BCBA candidates internationally. I am a popular speaker on parenting and behavioral strategies.

I am very involved in my church and serve as a leader in the mom’s ministry. I volunteer as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for my daughter’s troop.
I am a runner and love to be outdoors, read, and spend time with friends and family. I am obsessed with personal development and growth. I never miss an Office Ladies Podcast or a Marvel movie, and would live at Disneyland if I could.
